Antique Late Victorian Handmade 14kt Yellow Gold Love Knot/ Snake Bracelet with Center Modern Diamond and Accent Sapphires

This beautiful, antique bracelet was handcrafted entirely in solid 14kt yellow gold in the Victorian Era. The love knot is a Victorian symbol of two hearts entwining, so it was likely that this bracelet was once used in courtship. The gold tubes imitating ropes are hand-textured to symbolize different types of people coming together in love. The 0.15ct center near-colorless diamond and surrounding sapphires make this vintage piece even more beautiful and date the bracelet to the end of the Victorian era, likely the 1890s.
