Yes. Due to the value of the products we offer, all shipments are fully insured and shipped securely through trusted carriers such as FedEx and USPS. Signature confirmation is required for delivery.

Yes. We accept trade-ins on select pieces. Visit any of our 28 New York locations with your item for an in-person inspection, and our team will evaluate its condition and value toward a potential trade.

Most pieces are sold as-is and cannot be resized or adjusted. Please review the product specifications carefully to ensure the item’s dimensions and fit meet your preferences before purchasing.

Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days of the original shipping date. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, and shipping charges are non-refundable.
