Important information you need before picking up your collateral items in store
To make your request for an in-store pick-up, customers can do one of the following:
- Complete the electronic Schedule Pick-Up Form
- Contact customer service during business hours:
Please call your corresponding branch to verify the specific information needed for your jewelry and/or general merchandise pick-up.
Requests for jewelry pick-up must be made at least 1-2 days prior to the customer’s desired pick-up date. Same-day or walk-in pick-ups are not available for jewelry under any circumstances. Once a specific date and time has been scheduled for the pick-up, customers will have 7 days from that time to retrieve their jewelry. After which, the jewelry items will no longer be available and the customer would have to reschedule for a new pick-up date.
