Some of our watches include the original box and papers, while others do not. Availability will always be clearly stated in the product description. Watches without original accessories are often offered at more competitive prices.

Yes. Due to the value of the watches we offer, all shipments are fully insured and shipped securely through trusted carriers such as FedEx and USPS. Signature confirmation is required for delivery.

Yes. We accept trade-ins on select luxury watches. Visit any of our 28 New York locations with your watch for an in-person inspection, and our team will evaluate its condition and value toward a potential trade.

Because our watches are pre-owned luxury items, they are not sold with a traditional manufacturer’s warranty. However, each watch is thoroughly inspected to ensure quality and proper functionality before being offered for sale. Due to the high level of craftsmanship and reliability associated with luxury timepieces, issues are uncommon. If needed, eligible returns may still be requested in accordance with our Return Policy.

We offer free shipping on orders over $50 USD, which includes the majority of our watch inventory.

Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days of the original shipping date. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, and shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once approved, refunds typically appear within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank or credit card provider. Items are not eligible for refund after 15 days from the original shipping date. We do not offer exchanges online or in-store.
